The project is a cooperation between 4 Visegrad countries (CZ, SK, HU, PL). The aim of the project was mapping the chosen peripheries of the partner cities in the point of view of its citizens. There was an international call for photo collection about our direct surroundings. The competition contained 4 topics and further attributes: art in public space(official, illegal, ugly, live art); architecture (functional, non-functional, old, new); people (loneliness, game&fun, safety, danger) and landscape (nature, horizont, favorite scenery, boundary). The applicants could articulate by visual tools what they like or do not like in their surround. The collected material was working as a basis of an interactive map – a virtual “tour de peripheries” of Visegrad countries.
