As member of RE-ART CREATIVE GROUP from Pécs (HU) i deal with ‘upcycling’ and the conversion of various materials. I create useful tools and applications from worn out or discarded pieces of waste materials. Some of my favorites include: used vinyl banners, colored plastic bottles, floating mats, wrapping papers – but also computer parts or rubber debris. At the festival visitors can make a number of interesting toys, games, jewelry, tools, decoration, accessories while using waste – whether it’s damaged tents, beer cans or shampoo bottles.
