11 self-developed b&w analog photo in series

13x18cm Forte fine art photo paper on 18x24cm photo cart board

The series contains experimental “photo paintings”, which were developed by the artist in the darkroom on old Forte photo paper (Hungarian label) from negatives that were most exposed to expired films.

The manipulated photos remind us of photography at the Turn of the Century, but the bleach effects assign a sinister mood as well as the hand-painted and the photogram elements, which disclose signs of intended abstraction.
